Project Description

Using tools like Excel and Outlook, this company's data flow was not satisfying. headwire provided Beginnings2Business with a web-based, CRM application where all the client's data can be entered, edited, manipulated and deleted. With the click on a link, reports and invoices can be generated, emails with the monthly leads sent directly to the clients, and appointments booked into the system. The solution provides a complete description of the activity and a map when connected to the Internet. Parts of this application are also available for a PDA device, making mobile data administration easy.

As a second part of this project, we will open this application for the Beginnings2Business clients. They will be able to manage their clients and leads with this application, using the Internet with secured access and data transfer.
