Privera had difficulty managing the purchasing and selling of real estate as they did not have a system which coordinated the property data and selling price for their representatives. With headwire's software, they can now log in and get the data real time - either on the web or with their cell phone. [Click on graphics to enlarge]Additionally, headwire utilized the same basic system from our troubleticket application for their IT department. Tickets can be issued with different priorities - a ticket with the highest priority is sent to the responsible person's cell phone - accepted, scheduled and escalated. The administrator has a real-time overview of open tickets and a search mechanism, which allows them to find similar tickets and their remedy. With this solution in place, Privera saves time, which is otherwise spent searching for the same information over and over as well as time spent on the phone with impatient clients call about status. Most importantly, the data is and remains consistent.
